I spotted these neon earrings by Miso at Republic the other day. Unfortunately, they don't seem to fare well on camera, as none of these images correctly portray how bright they really are. Both designs come in neon pink and neon yellow, and are very affordable. Alternatively, if you have some old earrings lying around the house, why not paint the rhinestones neon with nail polish, or dip the chains in neon paint?
The chandelier earrings are available here and the chain ones are available here.

Kurt Geiger Bangle
In the past year, we have seen the metal cuff become insanely popular. This trend is still going strong for Spring 2012, but lately I have been seeing thinner versions being worn. These metal bangles still give a slight edge to a look, without being a massive statement. This one by Kurt Geiger is extra special because of its shape. Practical? Probably not. Stylish? Definitely! Find it here.

Style ingredient: Rodarte starry hair clips
You know how sometimes you're creating an outfit and you feel like you should add something but you don't know what?! Rodarte gave me the answer for next time that happens to me: a statement hairclip! These beautiful hair clips were featured in Rodarte's a/w 2012 collection and they really do make a lovely statement for any type of hair.

Mango beaded statement necklace
Now that Spring is finally starting to arrive, bright colours are in order! This statement necklace is a great way to ring in the new season. Both colours are absolutely amazing and play on two of fashion's current colour obsessions: yellow and pink with red! Available from Mango.

Noir embellished neon bracelet
A while ago, I posted about a neon yellow embellished necklace from Noir. Everyone seemed to love it as much as I did, and now I have found the bracelet version! I think I might even prefer this to the beautiful statement necklace, I really like how the rhinestones are clustered together. Once again, this is a great DIY idea. Which one do you prefer? The bracelet is available here.

Style Ingredient: Styling inspiration from Sass & Bide
1. Pair a fancy, bright dress, with casual, gold sneakers. I love the deep red with the gold, and the contrast between the luxurious silk and the casual sneakers is great!
2. Mixing different textures in black looks even better when contrasted with a neon accessory.
3. A flash of gold looks great with panels of bright prints.
4. Wear a bright colour under a white lace dress for a cool colour pop. I love this one! I have been wearing my lace pieces with nude underlayers, but I am definitely going to replace these for bright colours!
5. Update a simple jacket with interesting sleeves. This is also one of my favourites, it adds something extra to a jacket whilst still keeping it simple, so you can wear it casually.
6. Break up a monochrome outfit with printed trousers. I still love monochrome, but it also looks really great as a way of styling print.
7. Use colour - at the back of your outfit. The back of clothing has been given lots of attention recently, but it is usually in the form of cut-outs etc. I like this idea of keeping the back exactly the same as the front - just a completely different colour. It almost looks like she's wearing the top back to front, but I love it!

Frieda & Nellie jewellery + a reminder
First of all - I want to apologize for this post being a bit out of control in terms of the looong picture below, but I couldn't help myself, I just love everything this label makes! The brand is called Frieda & Nellie and all of its pieces are handmade. Almost all pieces include colourful braiding mixed with vintage rhinestones for a bright result. I especially love all the bracelets, although I think my favourite item might be the neon earrings! Shop the collection here.

Style Ingredient: Mixing sequin prints at Suno a/w 2012
I will leave the reviews of the collections currently being presented during fashion week to the experts, but I do want to introduce a new feature to the blog: Style Ingredients. These are the styling tips from lookbooks or collections, or inspiration that catches my eye. The first Style Ingredient comes from one of my favourite shows for Fall 2012 so far: Suno. The collection was all about mixing prints, and this one look really stood out for me. Usually, when you wear sequins, you let the clothing item stand on its own and do all the talking. But in this look, print mixing was brought to sequin clothes. One statement piece isn't enough: you throw another one, in a different print and/or colour on top for a very chic look! Aila studded clutches
I saw a picture of this neon clutch on Fashion Foie Gras and had to look it up straight away! Both these clutches are by a label called Aila, which unfortunately only seems to sell in the Middle East right now (unless anyone knows otherwise?). Both feature a bow with studs, which also acts as handle for you to slide your hand into! I just can't take my eyes off the neon one.. So pretty! Images via Sauce Loves.
All red: Kristen Wiig wearing a Valentino jumpsuit
For a while now, I've been fostering an obsession with all-red looks.Unfortunately, I haven't yet nailed the look myself, but this look gave me plenty of new inspiration. Kristen Wiig wore this beautiful strapless red jumpsuit by Valentino with bight red heels, and I love the result! I think I may need to start a hunt for a red jumpsuit... Image via Just Jared.

The ultimate print clash at Yoox.com
I have fallen head over heels with this look from the Tribal Beats lookbook at Yoox.com. It it perfect! From the top-knot , to the orange lipstick, and the cool accessories, the styling is perfect. And I just adore the leopard print with the amazing print of the skirt. I couldn't find the individual pieces on the site, but you can check out the rest of the lookbook here.
Karen Millen digital print clutch
I don't think I will every be able to get over my obsession with digital prints. Luckily, lots of designers don't seem to be able to let it go either! This beautiful clutch is by Karen Millen. I love the mix of purple, neon pink and white, which make the print very modern and ensure it goes with nearly any outfit!

Aldo Rise at Asos
Aldo Rise is a collaboration between Aldo and new fashion designers. To support up-and-coming designers, Aldo works with them to create shoes for their collections. This spring they have been working with some really great designers. One of these is one of my favourite labels, Preen. Others include Libeterine, Faster by Mark Fast and J.W. Anderson. The collection is available through Aldo and Asos - which also holds a few exclusives. The shoes are slightly more expensive than usual Aldo shoes, but they have been design by really promising new talents. Here are the ones I'm admiring. Find out more here and shop the collection here.
Kurt Geiger neon necklace
The shows going on for Fall 2012 at the moment have told us to hold on to our obsession with neon for a little bit longer. You won't hear me complaining! My latest find is this beauty from Kurt Geiger. It features glass stones with a neon yellow background that would work perfectly under the collar of a shirt. You could add this to so many outfits! I would love to see it with other citrus colours such as tangerine. How would you style it?

Shakuhachi winter 2012
This is the lookbook for Shakuhachi's fall 2012 collection. I absolutely love it! All the pieces are perfectly wearable, and simply stylish at the same time. Anything from this collection would give you a fashionable look, no matter how you paired it! Images from Vision of a Dreamer.
