DIY inspiration: Noir Jewellery neon necklace
As someone who is instantly attracted to anything shiny and anything neon, this necklace is a dream come true! It is available in black and in neon yellow here. Or, alternatively, if you find a neon cord, maybe you could add on some gem hangers.. I wonder if it would be easy to find those somewhere?
